The Leadership

Jay Thankappan, the Principal Consultant at Enteej, is an Engineer with an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the University of Bradford School of Management, U.K. He is a seasoned business management professional and a digital strategist. After having worked in the corporate world for over 20 years in various leadership roles in India, Middle East and the U.K., Jay ventured in to Business Consulting on his own in the year 2018. 

His vision is to position Enteej as the Go-To services provider in business growth consulting and in marketing management for start-ups, SMEs and established businesses. Jay believes that a merger between Digital Capability and the Human Brain is what makes a difference to any strategy.


Jay adopts a customer centric approach in evaluating and understanding customer requirements, coining innovative ideas based on customer’s Vision and deliver the right products and innovative solutions making effective use of market research and technology. Effective in communicating and negotiating with multiple stakeholders at all levels focusing on decision makers including C suit professionals, globally.
